One of my biggest passions is looking at beautiful tablescape’s. I love seeing the ways the table is set with pretty pieces. Each has it’s own unique style to it. You can really make it your own with the ability to mix and match with an abundance of other patterns, textures, and styles till you find your perfect combination.

Creating a beautiful tablescape is key to hosting. Whether it be from throwing a girls brunch, holiday’s, or simply entertaining family and friends…it will have all your guest in awe. The real secret to it is truly just paying attention to the small details. Believe it or not accessories can make quite the difference. Things like flatware, or even your table runner can make it look like night and day. Another tip would be to top off your prettiest cloth napkins with a napkin ring. The combination can really create that wow factor
For me, what really ties it all together is a pretty floral arrangement. It creates such beauty and interest to your table. There are so many different ways to piece one together but when it comes down to it, it should look like what YOU want it to. Might I add, Hydranges and Roses have to be my all time favorite combo. It gives it a very light “Country Garden” feel. Also, I really love the subtle approach of having multiple small arrangements on the table rather than one large centerpiece. It just balances it out more for everyone to enjoy. Plus who doesn’t love more flowers? 😉
Lovely Floral Arrangement!
Another little tip is to bake or pick up a little decorative cake to add to your display. You’ll love the way it sits pretty on a cake stand. {My favorite has to be the “Parchment Check Fluted Cake Stand” from Mackenzie Chids}. Make sure to add a few leftover flowers on top of your cake from your arrangements. You’ll be amazed the difference it makes….it’s one of my favorite trends!

For dinnerware one of my favorite go to’s is Mackenzie Childs. They truly have some of the most timeless pieces. Yet all their collections are just so elegant. You can’t go wrong with their black and white influential Courtly Check pieces which is a classic. If you want more of a neutral look to your dinnerware try their new Sweetbriar line, which is perfect for mix and matching. Or try my personal favorite The Butterfly Garden Collection for a more feminine look.
