Hi Guys! Today I’m sharing with you all my Pink & White Themed Birthday Party!

Let me tell you this was SO much fun to plan! I’ve had this vision in mind for such a long time and seeing it all come together was just a dream come true! I planned/designed the whole thing myself and was lucky enough to pick out every last detail.

I wanted to give a huge thanks to all of talented vendors who took part in this! Thank you for all being so accommodating to every one of my ideas. It honestly couldn’t of turned out any more perfect.

When designing the tablescape, I decided to go with Contessa Gold China for the place setting and I absolutely adore the elegance it brings to the table. The silk light pink napkins were the perfect touch to match the light pink roses in the centerpiece. And to top it all off the gold rimmed glassware & cleseste flatware added a dazzling touch.

Flowers

I knew from the moment I started planning this event I wanted to do something with pink roses & white hydrangeas. It will always be my favorite combination. So when I came to Alice, of @alice_glad_flowers with my idea of a glamorous long centerpiece hitting the floor and she was on board I was so excited! She really captured my vision & I am head over heels in love with her work! For the dessert table, I told her I wanted to do two smaller arrangements holding the same flowers in vintage looking elevated vases and she absolutely killed it! I still can’t get over how beautiful those vases are! She truly brought all of my ideas to life! She provided all of these beautiful real fresh flowers and did all of the arranging. Balloons

Once again, the ladies of @moonandblooms killed it! They created the beautiful balloon work you see above. I knew to match the theme of the party I wanted to work with the balloon colors of light pink/white/and gold. So that it would tie into the florals & tablescape perfectly. The ladies were so accommodating, I sent them over all of my ideas and what I wanted every last detail to look like and they created exactly that. The balloon wall they created was amazing! It had faux flowers intertwined in it making it just a jaw dropper. It fit perfectly behind the dessert table. They also covered the candy cart {which you can rent from them!} so beautifully with all of the balloons and faux flowers. Custom Work

This custom name cut out was made by @zays.designs who makes the most beautiful paper assortments. It was such a wonderful touch! She also made my cake topper, which you’ll see a little later on in the post! She is located for orders in the bay area.{Check her out here}

Cheese Board

Creating cheese boards has become one of my favorite things to do recently. However I knew I would be so busy, and would have no time so I reached out to the expert, @danvillecheese. And wow they exceeded my expectations! Not only was it as delicious as it looks, but it was just so pretty to look at! They even the incorporated pink & white florals to match my theme, it was just so perfect! They are located in the Bay Area, and you guys need to hire them for your next party, date night, anniversary, or honestly just any occasion! {Check them out here}

Dessert

Everything was almost too pretty to eat! I knew I just had to do all pink & white desserts to go with the theme, and I seriously am in love with everything! I want to acknowledge every single dessert vendor involved and truly thank them. They each did a wonderful job of bringing my visions to life and I am so grateful. Now than ever we need to support small business, and I hope you all consider all of these amazing vendors. They are all located in the Bay Area. I sent over all of these vendors a picture of my desired dessert design and ideas that I had in mind and they all nailed every single last detail.

Cakes

This naked buttercream cake was made by the talented, @ellecakeca It was seriously just as yummy as it looks! The pink & white florals on top to match everything was just another wonderful touch! Elle makes the most amazing personalized cakes. {Check her out here}

Cake topper by @zays.designs. I’m obsessed with how it turned out!

This rosette cake was made by the talented, @ginsbakesgoods. I’ve been obsessing over these cakes for as long as I remember! I had an idea of creating an ombré effect to get both the party colors incorporated into the cake and she crushed it! I love the look so much.. hope you guys do as well! Strawberries

One of my absolute favorite desserts it’s chocolate covered strawberries, so when I came across @dippedbymeeeks page I basically freaked out. She makes the most amazing custom designs on all of her orders. I love how she was able to incorporate my happy bday/my name into it. It turned out even better than expected! {Check her out here}

Macaroons

I’ve never seen handprinted macaroons so perfect! @cakerybysharon created these and I’m just in awe! She perfected every single detail…they turned out just so adorable! She is available for custom orders of these hand painted macaroons as well as cakes! {Check her out here}

The moment I saw @chantalguillon page I fell in love! These macaroons towers are seriously the perfect way to elevate any event! They just look elegant. Not to mention, they are just delicious! Chantal offers a variety of so many different unique macaroons flavors to choose from. I chose “Persian Rose & Tahitian Vanilla” for reference. {Check her out here}.

Cupcakes

Aren’t these the most beautiful cupcakes?! @sweet_treats_sj created these rose inspired cupcakes in pink & white and I’m in love! The detailing is immaculate! Plus the chocolate flavor was so yummy! {Check her out here}

How adorable are these cupcakes made by @conniescakerie!? They are in the back corner and have the cutest rose detailing on top along with the yummiest white frosting. Connie always makes makes the most delicious desserts with love. {Check her out here}

Rice Krispie Treats

I’ve always thought these were just adorable! @sweet_treats_sj killed it again! So girly & fun… and the little pink bow was just the cutest touch! She makes so many yummy treats.. you guys have to check her out {here}

Cookies

Any chance to work with @lovelysugerkk is always a pleasure! She makes some of the best custom cookies I’ve ever seen! I absolutely love how my name is cursive on the cookies & the balloon design is just unbelievable! She is available for all of your custom cookie needs. {Check her out here}
